Light House Cafe Review

CUISINE: Continental, Thai, Italian, Mexican, Mediterranean
Chicago style pizza
BITES AND BOOZE:
Situated on a prominent path in Worli, this quaint cafe promises to be as lovely on the inside as it could get. As I walked in, I could feel the raw, rustic ambience which emanated from the industrial style architecture of the place. The mellow lighting with a touch of steel pipes and glass jars brilliantly adds to the look they are trying to achieve. We began our dinner with the BMW250 and the Oh My Bulbs shots which were layered so beautifully with whiskey and Baileys. The Bhagira is a signature cocktail of the cafe which is named after the head bartender. It went down beautifully with the Jerk Chicken which was cooked to perfection. Another must try out here is the Anda Gadbad, which comprises of a lightly cooked omelette and stuffed with delicious kheema, served with a spicy gravy on the side. I was told that this is the kitchen in town which serves the Chicago style pizza, but I must warn you about the massive proportion. What’s not to miss is the Romantic Tea, it’s flavours will simply blow your mind. We ended with the melt in the mouth Chocolate and Hazelnut Mousse, which was rich and delightful.
FAB OR DRAB: Light House cafe is a must visit for plenty of reasons. For starters, the multiple menu’s are extensively elaborate and they keep getting yummier as the day progresses. The food and the drinks are equally original in their making as well as the presentation and I’m sure you won’t go there just once.
