BITES AND BOOZE
Named after the Naples of Italy, where the first wood-fired pizzeria originated, the new entrant in South Bombay boasts of a colourful, rustic vibe. The colourful murals, warm lightning and state-ofart brick oven imported from Italy totally set the perfect vibe. The cosy joint allows to create your own pizza. For the starters, we opted for the doughballs which arrived drizzled with oregano, chilli flakes and olive oil. However, they didn’t rank too well on the taste level. We moved on to try the Four Cheese Pizza in Mama’s sauce. Topped with Mozzarella, Smoked Mozzarella, Buffalo Cheese, Menthol Cheese, its exquisite depth can reawaken even the most disgruntled taste-buds and we savored every bite with delight. Our second pizza was our personalized one, which was crisp and done well. However, it ended up being a mish-mash of flavors due to our choice of toppings. For the drinks, the Pineapple Fizz was decadent and we succumbed to its refreshing yet potent end. Dessert of the day was the lip-smacking Blueberry Panna Cotta; velvety yogurt which created a light texture and caused the flavors of the blueberries to stand out, elevating us to gastronomic heaven.

The unique selling point of this joint can be attributed to the pizza personalization concept. However, your experience depends more on which toppings you opt for. Pizza authenticity plays an integral role and coupled with great décor and ambience makes it a class apart.
