Waves 2025 arrived with colour, sound, and an atmosphere that filled every corner of the BITS Pilani Goa Campus. For three days, from 31 October to 2 November, the campus became the heart of youth culture as students from all over India came together for one unforgettable fest.
With more than 8,000 participants and representation from 150 plus colleges, this edition of Waves felt larger, louder, and more vibrant than ever.
Artist Nights That Defined the Fest
Each night brought a completely different mood and gave the audience something to remember.
Day 1: A Gentle Indie Welcome
Aditya Rikhari opened Waves with soothing indie music that matched Goa’s calm evening breeze. “Sahiba” turned into a chorus of thousands, setting a warm and heartfelt tone for the fest.
Day 2: Bollywood Takes Control
The second night belonged to Sunidhi Chauhan. Her voice filled the venue with unmatched power and the moment “Sheila Ki Jawani” played, the entire crowd erupted. It was one of those rare nights where the performer and the audience fed off each other’s energy perfectly.
Day 3: EDM Lights Up the Finale
Krispy Kristina and Ravator ended the fest with an EDM spectacle. Strong beats, intense lighting, nonstop movement. The final night brought Waves to its peak before the curtain fell.
Events That Captured Every Talent
Waves is not only about the music. With more than 40 events, the fest brings together performers, creators, speakers, dancers, and artists from every field.
The biggest highlights came from the Big Four:
Natyanjali, the flagship group dance showdown filled with precision and creativity.
Sea Rock, the massive semi professional band competition featuring finalists from 12 cities across India.
FashP, a display of fashion, concepts, and stage presence that wowed the audience.
Mr. and Ms. Waves, a multi round challenge that tested a perfect blend of personality, talent, and confidence.
One of the most anticipated events was Sizzle, the iconic street dance battle known for its raw energy and massive crowds. Every round drew cheers, reactions, and intense anticipation.
In contrast, the Prom Night offered a calm and elegant break. Soft lights, well dressed students, relaxed conversations, and a mood that brought balance to the high energy atmosphere of Waves.
