Although we are in full support of causes which promote safety of women, Bahl’s short film for creating awareness didn’t strike a chord with us. The heavy breathing and heart beats in the background score added a level of fear but the lack of dialogue makes the film’s message ambiguous. Although everyone on the internet is going gaga over the video (it’s Alia Bhatt, duh!), the video itself is could have put the point across better.
Malala Yousafzai wins Nobel Peace Prize
After much controversy surrounding the teen, the world has finally taken notice of her amazing work. Malala Yousafzai was recently awarded with a Noble Peace Prize. It’s great to see her use the attention she’s given to her by the international media to drive focus towards the suffering of women. Watch her Noble Prize acceptance speech here. You go, girl!

His sharp cheekbones, seagreen eyes, perfect cupid’s bow – Benedict Cumberbatch’s wax statue is scarily accurate. The star who plays consulting detective Sherlock Holmes and the main villain in The Hobbit movies has another feather to add to his cap- a strikingly similar wax statue at London’s Madame Tussaud’s Museum.
