Safeducate Instills a Healthy Lifestyle in Over 1600 Students Across India this International Yoga Day

Celebrating the practice of yoga and meditation on International Yoga Day, Safeducate, India’s largest training, skilling and consulting firm that specializes in the domains of Supply Chain Management & Logistics, organized a yoga session for the students and faculty members in its centres at Sikar, Hyderabad, Indore, Manesar, Mumbai, Binola and Jaipur on June 21, 2018.

There were 1600 members participated in the session at the Sikar, Hyderabad, Indore, Manesar, Mumbai, Binola and Jaipur centres. The students and faculty were exposed to some of the basic asanas like suryasana, pranayam, kapalbhati, anulomvilom, etc. The trainers also gave the participants some important tips on how yoga impacts an individual’s life, talked about the power of meditation, shared some useful health tips and explained how yoga reduces stress and brings discipline in one’s life.

Commenting on the session held at the centres on World Yoga Day, Safeducate Spokesperson Divya Jain, CEO & Founder, Safeducate said, “The students and faculty members had a great time at the yoga session.
