MUSHROOM CHEESE PAV
Ingredients
Mushrooms, chopped 150 gms
Green chilli, chopped 1
Coriander leaves (fresh) 5 gms
Onions, chopped 1 medium
Garlic 1 clove
Pav 2
Sliced cheese 2 slices
Preparation
Saute the onion, green chilli, garlic, and
sliced button mushrooms in a hot pan.
Cut the pav into halves and toast them on
one side.
On the other side of the pav, apply the mushroom mixture and sliced cheddar
cheese, and toast it till golden brown and crisp.
Serve hot.
