Eleven Reasons You Should Come to Sympulse

This year at Sympulse, they aspire to reach new heights to keep their audiences and participants gripped. Maintaining its reputation as the biggest college fest, Sympulse brings you 62 events and promises to entertain as never before. The campus is buzzing with excitement, and the sound of machinery, as the departments set up for the next 5 days of non-stop, hands-on action. So, for the eleventh edition of Sympulse, here are eleven reasons it’s the place to be. 

1. Academic Summit

Day 1 is kicked off by the Academic Summit, with speakers like Ashish Vidyarthi, and Deepak Rao. Interactive sessions are scheduled with students, hoping to inspire the young generation to follow in their footsteps. 

2. Informals

The Informals department hosts Monopoly, Humans vs Zombies, Masterchef, Treasure Hunt, and Blindfold Bollywood. These events are arranged as engaging festivities to unwind in a fun escapade. 

3. Battle of Bands

Battle of the Bands, judged this year by Skylight Vision, has uncovered some of the best talents in the past. They promise to live up to their name and produce some headbanging music. 

4. Literary Events

From slam poetry to debate, they have it all. Civil War, a new event, gives flat earthers a forum to conspire, debate, and deliberate. They test your knowledge of the fantasy world with Quiz and make you think on your feet with Judge it by the Cover and Jam. 

5. Sports

Sprint, the sports wing, will host Chess, Futsal, Basketball, Arm Wrestling, Table Tennis, Mr & Ms Fit, starting on the 15th leading up to the 18th. On the 16th they will be launching Lawn Tennis and Badminton, and on the 18th there will be Street Cricket. 

6. Showcase Events

Showcase includes Hogathon, and Talent Hunt. Hogathon challenges your ability, agility, and talent to consume food at an unbelievable pace. Talent hunt is for you to discover your knack for non-food related talents. 

7. Fashion Show & Beauty Pageant

Come watch the show stoppers dazzle the stage at the much-awaited Fashion Show judged by Anusha Dandekar. And don’t forget to get enough beauty sleep for the Pageant judged by Elnaaz Norouzi. 

8. Music Events

Everyone is invited to jam and unwind at Unplugged, Hindi singing, and Object Antakshari. If you’d like to stay a little longer, the news of Sympulse’s EDM Nights with Julia Bliss will be no less than music to your ears.

9. Drama Events

Vaivaidya Aagaaz (Street Play) judged by Kashmira Irani, bound to have some of the most spell bounding performances. Mono acting allows the participant to bring out their inner drama queen. 

10. Pit Stop

Get ready to hear your heartbeat to the running engines of some of the most luxurious cars in and around Pune gather at our Pitstop. 

11. Instacon

Come interact with your favourite influencers like Nidhi Kumar, Yashaswini Dayama, and Roshni Walia at Instacon. Learn the tricks of the trade from the best in the game.
