Sufiaana By Cherish, Delhi (For Two Persons Rs. 2000)

Be prepared to lose yourself in heavenly Lebanese cuisine at this fine dining Sufi-style restaurant at Rajour Garden.
CUISINE: North Indian, Mughlai and Lebanese
VIBE: The interiors of this restaurant have a quirky Arabian Nights’ feel to it. They have live Sufi and Bollywood fusion bands and singers.

BITES AND BOOZE: Hardcore meat-eaters must try their lip-smacking Rubyian Mal’i (prawns in Turkish spices), Kefte Kabab that a has Moroccan spice and herb mix, and Chicken Shawarma served in a wine glass. Vegetarians, try the Paneer aur Kimam ke Kofte. Also try the Paneer Tikka or their Persian version of pizza, Pizza-e-Ajeen, which comes with fillings of either chicken, vegetables or Kashmiri Paneer Tikka. Their dessert menu has tempting exclusive choices such as the Chocolate Cigar, which is a chocolate-filled roll served with vanilla ice cream, and Pan Kulfi, a kulfi flavoured with beetal leaves, laung and gulkand.
FAB OR DRAB: Although it’s a fine dining set up, it has a comfortable vibe with great relaxing music and amazing food.
