IIT Kharagpur Presents The Second Session Of Leadership Summit 2020!

After a grand success of session 1 of the 4th edition of Leadership Summit 2020, IIT Kharagpur is all set to organize the next session on 19th December 2020. The event will be completely conducted on an online platform where professionals and industry experts guide the aspiring students of IIT Kharagpur with the virtue of leadership. 

The event is mainly centered around the theme of “Innovation, Digitalization, Entrepreneurship, and Leadership Culture”. As technology is advancing, the world is changing and progressing faster than ever, corporates have to stay ahead of the game through innovation and creativity. These two elements allow organizations to find new ways to operate their businesses. This theme will feature how unicorns adopt the innovation process and how they cultivate innovation and creativity internally within their organizations. Visual thinking, open innovation are all part of the process. Some topics include the things that drive human motivation, open innovation and the virtue of entrepreneurship that gives a stimulus to the young and ignited minds of the nation. The said event is featuring some of the most eminent Alumni of IIT Kharagpur who have an immense and unparalleled contribution to the field of digitization technology and entrepreneurship. The panel includes- 

Apurva Kumar Sinha(Aerospace Engineering, 2002) – Director, Cognizant & Industry CTO, Hitachi Vantra 

Bhaskar Majumdar(Mechanical Engineering, 1989) – Founder & Managing Partner, Unicorn India Venture 

Inderjeet Singh(Telecommunication Engineering, 2003) – Former Director & CISO, Indian Army & Former Chief Telecom Officer at United Nations
