Chakras have gained significant attention in recent times, though they have existed since times unknown. The term ‘chakra’ is a Sanskrit word and means wheels. Chakras serve as energy centres within the body. The human body has seven main chakras, each responsible for regulating various aspects of physical, emotional, and mental well-being. It is further believed that if a chakra becomes blocked or malfunctions, it can result in physical, psychological, or emotional disorders.
Many people today are drawn to the practice of balancing chakras because they believe it can help with holistic healing, reduce stress, and improve mental well-being. Influenced by Eastern philosophies and the growing popularity of the New Age and spiritual movements, balancing chakras has become a popular way for individuals to achieve inner harmony and balance.
We had the opportunity to speak to Mrs Seima Dutta, who is a qualified tarot life coach, numerologist, Vaastu consultant and holistic healer. She was kind enough to give us a detailed overview of how the chakras work towards easing different facets of life.
