We all have grown up watching our elders sip tea right after they wake up in the morning and later in the early evening right after their afternoon nap. Many find it impossible to start their day without a cup of ‘garam chai’. Besides, why would they find it easy? Tea is an excellent mood uplifter and refresher. The way people consume tea has changed immensely. 

These days, varied flavoured teas are produced to suit different mental requirements. You must know that they have shown excellent positive outcomes. You too must try them. Here are the various kinds of tea, each for a different mental requirement. 

1. Insomnia (Lavender Tea)

Rolling on the bed or blankly staring at the fan is an ending to a day that no one can desires. There can be many reasons for insomnia such as anxiety, stress, medication etc. Having a cup of Lavender tea, prepared by the purple buds of freshly plucked Lavender flowers before bed can provide you with a soothing and peaceful sleep. It will not only provide your face with a new shine the next morning but will also enable you to start the next day with a new and healthy spirit.
