Chocolate is loved by everyone no matter what their age is. Swap your regular milk chocolate or white chocolate to dark chocolate which will help you cut down your sugar intake. Dark chocolate is known to have a high amount of antioxidants and is rich in iron, copper, zinc, magnesium. Dark chocolate is proven very effective to reduce heart disease risks. Dark chocolate increases the blood circulation in the body and may reduce blood pressure risks.
Potato chips are fried and very unhealthy for daily consumption. An alternative to potato chips is veggie chips that may include beetroot and sweet potato. Slice these vegetables thinly coat them with some olive oil, salt and pepper, put them on a baking tray and bake them for 8-10 minutes at 180oC. Store them in a container and eat them whenever you like.
Avocado, not in all situations, can serve as a very good alternative for butter. It has a smooth and creamy texture and is much higher in fat than most other fruits which makes it a great substitute for butter in many baked goods like cakes and brownies.
