5 years ago, a dream was given wings, and today it’s flying in the seventh heaven. Skream 2018 will be held from 6th of January to the 10th of January, and the events will cover the length and breadth of the sprawling Somaiya Vidyavihar campus, with and prizes worth 5 lac at stake.

Skream has nonchalantly established itself as one of the premier sports festivals of India, and has been attended by sporting greats such as Mir Ranjan Negi, Poonam Chopra, Balwinder Singh Sandhu, Wasim Jaffer, Uday Bedekar, and Ashish K. Srivastava. With enthusiastic participation ranging from pan India, Skream has created a niche for itself amongst the echelon of sports festivals.

Riding on the success of past years, and an astute vision for perennial improvement, this year Skream has 14 events, with Throwball being the new entrant!

This year, Skream was kicked off by the pre-event, Neymar Jr.’s Five, which laid the marker for the festival, and gave a glimpse into what is in store for the connoisseurs of sports! The college Qualifiers of Neymar Jr.’s Five, a global level competition, organized by Redbull and Team Skream, were held on the 4th of November, and it was well received by everyone, thus creating a palpable hype for Skream 2018. The pre-event was held for the first time in the history of the festival, and is a testament that how far the fest has come since its inception.

Sports has always been a great leveler, and this is the opportunity for all the sportspersons to participate and grace the festival! With cut-throat rivalry, engaging informals, and a jovial audience, Skream 2018 will be a treat for one and all! So, exhibit your sporting prowess, and take the first step towards the pedestal of success, as the glory awaits you at Skream 2018!
