No matter what one’s condition is, once I am on stage, I forget everything and simply perform,” said KK, a popular Indian singer who we lost on 31st May. His demise is a great loss to not just the Indian entertainment industry but an entire 90s generation of the country.
After a concert in Kolkata’s Nazrul Mancha auditorium, KK collapsed at the hotel where he was staying. Doctor at CMRI hospital said the singer was brought dead.
An artist, it’s said, is remembered by the treasure of artwork they leave behind. KK, too shall be remembered in the same way through his soulful and calming songs. There can be no other better way for his fans to pay tribute to this legend.
