IIM Indore Launches New Certification Program On Public & Corporate Leadership

The world is currently witnessing political uncertainty. As a result, the operations of businesses across the world are directly affected. This has made it necessary for entrepreneurs as well as working professionals to upskill and equip themselves to lead in the VUCA world. To help working professionals adapt to these turbulent times and stay abreast, IIM (Indian Institute of Management Indore) in collaboration with Jaro Education (Edtech firm offering executive education) has launched a new certification programme on Public and Corporate Leadership. 

The program aims to upskill working professionals in a world of vulnerability, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA). This eight months certification will focus on key aspects of public administration including a diverse range of social science disciplines, such as psychology, political sociology, public policy, and international relations.

This certification course will enable managers to understand the concept of political risks and areas, how the political conditions evolve and offer effective frameworks for political risk management. By the end of the course, professionals will have learned to assess political risks, identify blind spots, predict possible trends and changes,  and take necessary actions to recover from the crisis.

This course by IIM Indore and Jaro Education will also offer a three-day immersive campus experience for professionals. Alongside this, over 75+ hours of learning will be conducted through the state-of-the-art Jaro Education Learning Experience platform through Direct-to-Device (D2D) mode. 

The eminent faculty of IIM Indore will be delivering the lectures. The pedagogy chosen for this course will consist of a combination of lectures, case discussions, project work, term papers, assignments etc.

To be able to enrol for this course, applicants must be working professionals or entrepreneurs holding a minimum of three years of work experience. They must hold a diploma (10+2+3), graduation degree, and post-graduation in any discipline with minimum marks of 50 per cent.
