Every religion has a sacred book or document by which people lead their lives. Similarly, the Bhagavad Gita, meaning ‘The Song of the Supreme’ is a 700-verse Hindu scripture, which is part of the epic Mahabharata, one of the oldest and most sacred books of Hinduism. The Bhagavad Gita encourages us to live life with purity, strength, discipline, honesty, kindness and integrity. It encourages one to find our purpose and live it fully.
