A King’s desire to own the kingdom was the reason that Three Kings Church turned into a haunted place. In ancient times greedy kings wanted to acquire kingdoms to become more powerful. According to the legend, this church has witnessed the killing of three kings. A rival king who wanted the entire kingdom killed two other kings. Shortly after murdering them, he committed suicide by poisoning himself. Since then the spirits of those three kings haunt the church. Locals and tourists who paid a visit there hear strange noises and experience a strange ominous presence. The church has a good sunset view but the place is vacated by noon because of horror tales associated with the spot.
Apart from being known for its appearance in the Bollywood film PK, this place is also known for its spooky incidents. This ancient place in Delhi is an architectural masterpiece and is protected by the Archaeological Survey of India. The locals believe it to be haunted by the ghosts and satanic demons who lurk in the shadows and follow visitors.
Agrasen Ki Baoli is a stepwell with 103 steps. There are many horror stories revolving around it. It’s believed by the locals that the well’s black water attracts people and leads them to drown. As one keeps descending the stairs, the well pulls you towards it with a stronger force. When moving closer to the well, you hear nothing but the echo of your own footsteps following you. This place ranks quite high on the list of people wanting to experience the thrill.
The Lambi Dehar Mines of Mussoorie, once a fully operational lime mine employing thousands of workers, is now abandoned and considered one of the scariest places in India. Numerous workers died in the mines as a result of hazardous working conditions, lack of safety regulations, and accidents. It’s believed that they haunt the tunnels. Strange voices and screams can be heard coming from the mines on a regular basis.
The GP Block is an easily accessible place in Meerut. Many have reported quite spooky occurrences. This place is believed to be home to many evil spirits. One most spookiest and common story is that people visiting here for the first time have seen four people having alcohol in the building. Apart from this, people have also seen a girl stepping out of the house in a red dress. This bizarre occurrence of events is sufficient to give you the spook.
The lawyers working at the Bombay High Court believe that one of the courtrooms is haunted by a vengeful, tortured soul. They say that soul does not allow an accused in a murder case to enter the courtroom in every murder trial. According to reports, this has been going on for nearly three decades. It can be a soul who might have not won justice, who knows?
