Gujarat University Offers Youtube Lessons

Gujarat University (GU) students who have opted for the zoology course are now able to view as well as download a series of 40 lectures from a specially designed portal and via video-sharing portal YouTube. This move is a part of a Central Government-funded project known as ‘e-content’. The university has uploaded the syllabus of the first year BSc programme, which follows the Choice Based Credit System (CBCS). The portal has experts that explain chapters orally. The videos also show the matter in text format, offering a better grasp of concepts to the students. In the future, the lectures will be converted into animations.
