Geisha facial also known as ‘Bird Poop Facial’ is a Japanese beauty treatment which involves applying the feces of a specific species of nightingale, the Japanese bush warbler. It is said to make your skin brighter and softer. The poop breaks down the first layer of the skin leaving it exfoliated and with renewed epidermis. The bird drippings are converted into powder form which is safe for human use.

Cryotherapy

It is also known as ‘Ice Chamber Therapy’. It is a procedure where the person is put into a cold chamber with the temperature at minus 130oC for 3 minutes wrapped in socks, gloves, headband, face mask and undies. This low temperature shuts down blood circulation of several body organs that then causes blood to rush around the body producing the happy hormone serotonin. It helps to reduce inflammation and increase blood circulation.
