In a resounding affirmation of the growing synergy between academia and industry, Jai Hind College (Autonomous) once again positioned itself at the forefront of experiential education with the second edition of its Internship Fair, hosted by the Incubator & Accelerator Centre (IAC) under RUSA, in September 2025. Building on the momentum of its inaugural event earlier this year, the fair stood out as a robust platform connecting aspiring students with leading employers across sectors.
Drawing a footfall of over 1,500 participants, the event witnessed enthusiastic engagement from students eager to explore diverse career pathways. Companies such as Pantaloons, The Works, Bastian, Benne, and Saregama, among others, extended internship opportunities that spanned domains from fashion and hospitality to lifestyle and business services. The fair’s dynamic atmosphere reflected the evolving expectations of both students and recruiters where practical exposure, creativity, and adaptability are valued as much as academic merit.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Vijay Dabholkar, Principal of Jai Hind College, noted, “Internship Fair 2.0 reflects the strong trust the industry has in our students’ potential. Behind the seamless execution stood the dedicated student organizing team led by Meet Chauhan (Student Secretary) and Samaira Sethi (Deputy Student Secretary), alongside Jay Gandhi, Parth Mulchandani, Tanishq Dange, Suhani Khule, Ansh Khabiya, Sayisha Rai, and Devaansh Pamnani. Their collaborative spirit and meticulous planning translated into an event that blended professionalism with youthful energy.
