Yes, she certainly deserves …

She did deserve a life, where she had been sharing a roof with her known family members rather than sharing space with those ‘didis’ who forced her to work and slog herself off the busy streets.

She did deserve to get a primary as well as a secondary education that was against the labour that she was dragged into by the ignorant law force, abiding to which she has to sell her innocence at lesser than 50 bucks.

She did deserve to get reserved in the school/college she wanted to go, other than people who use such reservation as to shield their lower score.

She did deserve to speak up, to everyone openly about the crime and atrocity inflicted upon her, in the guise of helplessness and poverty.

She was deserving of the police protection, which is provided to people who don’t even deserve to live ahead, as this protection would have easily prevented her entry in this dark and dormant city life, which often considers her to be a beggar, a normal poor malnourished beggar. Which she is not…

She so deserved a caring mother, a father and a family, that would have never wanted her to sleep on the footpaths after having a tiring day of work, at an age where she isn’t even supposed to study, but is supposed to play, enjoy.

She deserves to tell and to be heard the name of her inflictor, who has mercilessly put her behind bars of not revealing the identity of him/herself, maybe after threatening the little child to her life.

She deserves to be told what is happening to her is not normal and that is not how her life is, she deserves her rights she doesn’t know of, she deserves a life she is unknown of!

She certainly deserves a better projection, as many others like her are some on the same page or some even facing worse type of human trafficking than ever imagined for children.

She deserves to be posted, shared and spread for the world to know that it is a crime,

For the parents to know it isn’t justified,

For the traitors and criminals to  know it is a vice and an inhuman act,

For the vigilance to know, now it is high time

And for the media to start switching off politics from the prime …

As such an act of cowardice shows the inferiority of humanitarian activities which we may take pride in…

And also show how we can mock our silent Prime Minister but prefer being the same when it comes for us to act!
