Trikke India is responsible for bringing the three wheeled vehicle to India. Read on to know what a Trikke is and how it functions
The Trikke is a scooter-like three wheel vehicle that can be used by a single person as a transport vehicle or as a recreational device. The Trikke is designed with perfect ergonomics that make it human powered chainless and pedal-less vehicle which does not require the rider to step down or kick-off after mounting the device in order to move about.
HOW DOES IT OPERATE?
In order to get moving from a stationary position, a person turns the Trikke in a particular direction and leans into the turn to gain momentum then switching into a turn on the other side to keep the Trikke going in one direction while gaining momentum. Once the Trikke has started rolling, the person can carry on the procedure to attain higher speeds. The amount of weight put into the turn by the rider has a direct relation to the amount of speed the Trikke will pick up. The Trikke can attain speeds of up to 30 kmph on flat ground and can even climb uphill once the rider is wel lversed with the technique.
WHO SHOULD USE IT?
The Trikke is both a recreational device and a workout device. The design engages the entire body while riding since the legs are active for balancing and shock-absorption, the arms are utilised for power-thrusts and to keep stability and the torso is used to focus the body weight to generate momentum. The Trikke is also a useful transport vehicle. Additionally, the best use of a Trikke is for recreation since fun is one of the most important by-products of using a Trikke.
