Spring Arbor University, Michigan

This is a private, Christian institution of higher education located in Spring Arbor, Michigan. Spring Arbor University was founded by leaders of the Free Methodist Church in 1873, as an academy for elementary and secondary grades. In 1923, a junior college was added to the academy and by 1930 all primary and intermediate classes were discontinued, which made room for focus on the institution’s collegiate programs. Accreditation through the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools was granted in 1960 at which time the name ‘Spring Arbor College’ was also adopted. In 2001 university status was achieved and the school became known as Spring Arbor University.

Alexandria University, Egypt

Alexandria University is an urban university that stands among the top Muslim universities in the world. It started off as a branch of Fuad University before changing its name to Cairo University. They become an independent entity in 1942. Shortly after its establishment in 1938, it changed its name to University of Alexandria. The founding curator of Alexandria University was Taha Hussein. The University is committed to providing accessible, adaptable and challenging learning environment and to develop graduates and scientific research that are required to meet its local and international level needs.

International Buddhist College, Thailand

The International Buddhist College (IBC) is an institute of higher learning that offers different academic programs related to Buddhist thought. English and Chinese are the mediums of instruction. Students and faculty originate from different parts of the world. The curriculum of IBC covers the whole range of Buddhist thought. IBC is a young institution that aims to become an internationally recognized centre for Buddhist studies. At present, the College has a Library with around 20,000 book titles and an eLibary with recorded lectures, ebooks, links and other related resources.

Emory University, Georgia, USA

Emory is home to research institutes for the study of Judaism and Israel. Its faculty includes world-renowned Mideast and Holocaust scholars, among them Professor Deborah Lipstadt, whose victory in a libel suit brought against her by Holocaust-denier David Irving was the subject of the 2016 film “Denial.” The campus Hillel supports many niche groups — with interests ranging from business to music — and its Chabad house is known for its Friday-night dinners. United Arab Emirates University

An accredited institute located in Al Ain that was established in 1975, it is one of the first and oldest universities in the U.A.E. In 2012/2013 they were ranked as the 370th best university in the world, ranked number 48 among the top 50 world universities in 2011/2012. The business school was also named the third best business school in Africa and the Middle East in 2010, ranked number two in Arab World and ninth in the Muslim world for academic research. They were recognized by Times magazine as the 86th best university in Asia. UAEU can boast of having one of the most diverse undergraduate and postgraduate courses offered at their colleges.
