The Flour Works, Pune (For Two Persons Rs. 1300)

CUISINE:
European, American, Desserts
BITES AND BOOZE: With The Flour Works specialty based in European cuisine, their Gnocchi was authentic and well made. The Chicken with Lemon Caper sauce, a comforting Italian classic, was excellent, with the chicken breast well cooked and the tinge of lemon just right. It was definitely a good call adding jalapenos and olives to the otherwise slightly bland Parmesan Risotto that was ordered. The best part about Flour Works, however, is their to-die-for desserts. The Panacotta was exceptional and heavenly with a lovely tinge of sweet lime. The Caramel Pudding takes you down your childhood memory lane and tastes exactly like how your grand mum would make it. Their Belgian Chocolate with Whipped Cream was pure bliss with the Crème Brûlée and Dark Chocolate stealing the show.
FAB OR DRAB: With their brightly lit ambience providing outdoor and indoor seating, and excellent service, we would highly recommend their desserts and the Italian food, if you are a lover of the authentic cuisine.
