Atharva College Of Engineering will be hosting one of the most jubilant and elaborate annual technical fest IEEE-TECHITHON 2019, to motivate engineers to develop new technologies and to come up with innovative projects for a better tomorrow from the 9th of October to 11th of October.
The Theme of the fest is “INNOVAZIA Revamping Tech…”
Innovazia is the environment where the existing technology is re-accelerated to fit the needs of the new generation. Internet was buzzing with the concept of ‘Revolution 2020’, hence, being just 2 months away, we attempt to fill in the gap that separates existing technology with the new, modern users.
They have organized a whole lot of exciting technical events such as R.C Car racing, Robo Wars, IOT project exhibition, Mini project exhibition, Robo Soccer and many more.
Also to spice up this fest along with technical events they are organizing many fun events like Treasure Hunt, Hogathon, Sports as well as LAN events like Fifa’19, PUBG, Mini Militia and many more.
Also for the 1st time, they have organized a lecture series called as AGLS (Atharva guest lecture series) which will for sure bring each one of you at the edge of your seats as they will be having four sensational personalities who’ll grace us with their presence on the 10th of October namely, Capt. Dharmveer-An ex-army officer and entrepreneur, Mr Kuntal Joisher- Software engineer and first Vegan to climb Mt. Everest, Prof Nirmal Thakur- An expert in mechatronics also a career counsellor and Mr Ali Mustafa Shaikh- Facilitator for Google’s ML Programs and Software innovator at Intel.
A 24 hour Hackathon is also being organized, wherein the participants will be working on a problem statement over different domains which might also be used for real life applications. And one of the best part about this event is that the first participant will be awarded a cash prize of 13,000/- INR and the second prize will be 6,000/- INR.
