Sushma Swaraj comes to the rescue of an Indian couple

Sushma Swaraj, the external affairs minister who is known for her strong point of views and tough talking is today in the news for a very warm gesture.
Faizan Patel, a Mangalore-based photographer, tweeted that he and his wife Sana Fatima Khan were to head to Italy for their honeymoon, but his wife misplaced the passport.

On the day of the flight, his wife still could not find the passport, due to which he decided to leave for Italy all by himself.

Surprisingly enough, he tweeted a picture of himself in a flight with his wife seated on the seat next to him. What was surprising here was that he tagged Minister Sushma Swaraj in his tweet.

Any other minister would’ve ignored this tweet and moved on to carry out their daily affairs but not Swaraj. She replied to Patel’s tweet assuring him that his wife would be next to him.

And yes, she fulfilled her promise!

Around  10 days ago, Swaraj came to the aid of another distressed Haryana couple as well. Now, after helping Faizan and Sana, she has added even more fans to her already large fan base.
