Slacklining world records
Slacklining is a sport which requires immense concentration and improves ones ability to balance. It has various styles and tricks which lead to it being practiced in many forms. Here is a list of the world record holders (official and unofficial) for certain styles of slacklining.
Longest highline (male) – 704 feet by Jerry Miszewski on 6 October 2013 in Sacramento, USA
Longest highline (female) – 316 feet by Faith Dickey in September 2012
Longest free solo highline (male) – 180 feet by Andy Lewis on 19 November 2011 in Moab, Utah, USA
Longest free solo highline (female) – 92 feet by Faith Dickey in August 2012 in Ostrov, Czech Republic
Highest slackline – 5,905 feet above sea level by Dean Potter in April 2012 in Enshi Grand Canyon in China’s Hubei Province
Highest urban highline – 607 feet above ground by Reinhard Kleindl on 25 May 2013 in Frankfurt, Germany
Longest slackline (male) – 1,621 feet by Jerry Miszewski on May 17, 2012
Longest slackline (female) – 721 feet by Faith Dickey in 2011 in Prague, Czech Republic
