Empowering Women, Inspiring Nation’s Pride on the Eve of Republic Day
In a resounding celebration of empowerment, SkillsFactor 2024 is poised to solidify its position as India’s Largest Skills Marathon, focusing on the theme ‘Celebrating Nari Shakti – Empowering Women, Inspiring Nation’s Pride.’ Scheduled for January 25th, on the eve of Republic Day, this groundbreaking event promises to be a transformative experience for participants and attendees alike. This edition is set to be even more significant with Youth Incorporated Magazine as the Youth Media Partner, Fever FM as the Radio Partner, and The Belgian Waffle Co as the Gifting Partner.
About the Event?
SkillsFactor is India’s Largest Skill Marathon Platform! EduBridge’s flagship, full-day, mega event was first conducted in 2021 and born out of the need to provide free knowledge-based sessions to participants of all ages who are interested in skilling, re-skilling and upskilling themselves on a day when everyone is available to share and absorb knowledge on various topics from various sectors!
SkillsFactor is generally a 12-hour event that starts in the morning and ends in the evening. This day sees several back-to-back, skill-based sessions that answer the most pressing questions the youth of today have about respective topics, career paths, jobs, etc. The entire day is filled with sessions on tech and non-tech topics covered by industry stalwarts in their fields. Thus, the platform brings together the youth, the industry and the community as a whole to share and learn something new from each other.
SkillsFactor in 2023 was designed to be a full-day event with the “26th” as the theme with Yuwaah as an event partner. The concept of “26 January – 26 minutes each session” was continued. Over 15 different sessions in Tech, Non-Tech and even soft skills and communication were conducted throughout the day. The event saw a footfall of more than 15,000 registrations and throughout the day, we had approximately 8,000+ live attendees, with a minimum of 800 participants per session.
Unveiling a Day of Empowerment
SkillsFactor 2024 aims to break barriers and shatter stereotypes by placing the spotlight on the incredible contributions of women across various industries. The event will kick off at 8 am and continue till 8 pm, offering a day filled with inspiration, knowledge-sharing, and engagement activities.
Stellar Lineup of Influential Women
One of the highlights of SkillsFactor 2024 is the exceptional lineup of speakers, all of whom are influential women making waves in their respective fields. Representing esteemed organizations such as AWS, SAP, Capgemini, The Belgian Waffle, EXL, Fin-O-Serv, 360 One Asset Management, RSB Insights & Analytics, and many more, these trailblazers will share their insights, experiences, and strategies for success.
A Glimpse into the Day’s Agenda
The event will feature back-to-back sessions, each lasting 40 minutes, ensuring a dynamic and engaging schedule. From thought-provoking keynotes, participants can expect a diverse range of topics covering leadership, technology, entrepreneurship, and personal development.
