People for Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) running an open poll contest to find the Hottest Vegetarian Celebrity of 2013

PETA’s hunt for the Hottest Vegetarian Celebrity of 2013 has taken a sharp turn in favour of Shahid Kapoor and Jacqueline Fernandez. The two have been leading the voting polls in the men and women categories respectively.

Close on their heels are Vidyut Jammwal, Amitabh Bachchan, R Madhavan, Kangana Ranaut, Kareena Kapoor and Vidya Balan who have had a fair share of votes in their favour.

The Hottest Vegetarian Celebrity 2013 contest is held to acknowledge celebrities around the world who have made the compassionate choice of adhering to a vegetarian diet. The factors that will be taken into consideration when deciding the winners will be the total number of votes received by the celebrity and the physical attractiveness of the celebrity according to PETA. Anyone is free to vote in the competition by logging onto the website of PETA India.

The winners of the contest will be announced by PETA India in January.
