About: The theme for the annual techno-management festival of BITS Pilani, Quark was ‘A Cosmic Odyssey’ which promised to be a journey like never before. The brand new Quark logo was unveiled, with a design highlighting how Quark as a festival will never stop growing. The team was very proud to announce Dr.Kiran Bedi as the ambassador for Quark’s social initiative RED, through which many blood donation drives were organised. It began with an inauguration ceremony and after the Convener declared the fest open, Mr.Shail Maniar, VP and MD, Sabre India addressed the gathering. Over the next three days, more than 1500 participants battled it out in various techno-management events as well as gaming and literary events. Workshops and exhibits drew large crowds. The speakers inspired the young minds, and the performances were a great way to end each fun-filled day.
