The campus features state-of-the-art smart classrooms designed for a future-ready learning experience. In addition to academic facilities, the campus includes a sports complex with modern gym facilities and provisions for badminton, basketball, football, and cricket, contributing to a vibrant student life. The hostel emphasizes healthy living with a focus on millet-based cuisine. Furthermore, the campus is equipped with a medical center and four towers dedicated to faculty and staff residences.

IIM Bodh Gaya extends its social impact through activities, Management Development Programs (MDP), and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. The institute has trained over 3000 micro-entrepreneurs, supporting the cause of Atmanirbhar Bharat. Additionally, almost 2000 administrative officers, including police personnel and those from institutions such as Bihar Police Academy and BIPARD, have undergone training, showcasing a commitment to administrative excellence and fostering a Jan Seva Bhav.
