Compass of Compassion

YounTré 2018 in association with World For All is all set for the Second edition to South Bombay’s Biggest Pet Carnival, Paws and Furs 2018 on 6th January 2018, from 11am to 5pm at Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics, Churchgate

Paws and Furs is a social awakening event which aims at promoting compassion towards animals among Indian citizens. Paws & Furs was first organized on 21 January 2017, making it the First Pet adoption Carnival in South Bombay. The Event is held as a part of YounTré, the annual Inter-Collegiate BMS festival of Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics. The second edition to Paws & Furs this year will be crawling with 20 adorable Indian Breed Puppies and Kittens up for adoption. All the animals are healthy, vaccinated and looking for a home.

We must fight against the spirit of unconscious cruelty with which we treat the animals. Animals suffer as much as we do. True humanity does not allow us to impose such sufferings on them. It is our duty to make the whole world recognize it. Until we extend our circle of compassion to all living things, humanity will not find peace.

Paws & Furs is held as a part of series of events of the YounTré festival. YounTré provides an intercollegiate platform for all the College Students across Mumbai, to not only showcase their managerial capabilities but also to enhance them.  Being a Festival emphasizing on Management, Team YounTré believes that social cause of animal compassion has to be promoted to restore the Ethical order of management in all organizations.
