We entered this gorgeous spot in the city on a Monday evening for dinner. With one entire wall left bare for a projection of the current match, and a special IPL menu to match, O:h Cha can be called the perfect place for a leisurely meal over a cricket match. We started our meal with a round of drinks for the table. The Orange Candy Margarita, a tequila based drink served with a orange popsicle was almost like childhood served with alcohol, and their 3 Jacks, a mixture of Jack Daniels, Jim Beam and Johnny Walker mixed with Sprite and lots of ice was a whiskey drinker’s dream come true. We decided to try out the IPL menu for our starters, and we have to say, it was the best decisio we could have ever made. We had a wonderful first course with Pandya Barbeque Wings, Grilled Chicken and Prawn Shanghai Dumplings and Cheese Chilly Toast Rayudu Style. The Hoi Yun Yum Okra Prig, an assorted of crispy fried okra and french fries with a smattering of spices can easily be classified as one of the best okra dishes we have ever been served till date. We helped ourselves to another round of cocktails between courses, with a Cranberyy Mai Tai, a Frozen Margarita and an OK Lah! Orange and Kaffir Lime Caiprioska, which definitely took the crown in this round. We proceeded to the main course with a classic vegetarian Nasi Goreng and Wheat Hakka Noodles with Chicken in Black Bean Sauce.
With gorgeous food, fantastic drinks and a sensational ambience, O:h Cha is a hidden treasure which is a definite must visit.
