The 15th edition of Frames Film Festival is right around the corner. India’s largest undergraduate film festival program, Frames hopes to surpass all expectations this year. It has already received over 4000 short film entries from all over the globe.
The Festival will commence on the 9th of January 2018 and end on the 11th. Over the span of these three days, screenings of the various categories of films will take place. This year Frames will also be introducing a segment called “In conversation with…” that will be taking place on the 10th. This event will see the thoughts of an eminent film personality on ‘The Changes taking place in Indian Cinema’.
The 14th edition of Frames Film Festival received immense support from various brands like The Hindu, 9xm and 9xo and Inox and others. The chief guest was evergreen actor Mr. Prem Chopra.
The 2018 edition of the festival will be graced by celebrities like, Bikramjeet Kanwarpal of 2 States fame, Madhur Mittal of Slumdog Millionaire, Uday Shankar Pani from the Censor Board of India, to name a few.
It is also backed by media firms like Navbharat, Sakal, Youth Incorporated among others
The schedule for the festival is as follows.
9th January – Inauguration, National Short Films, International Short Films.
10th January – Documentaries, Ad Films and Contingent Films.
11th January – Music Videos, Animation and Award Ceremony.
