Best Thing About the Job
I love the fact that I can be creative in my profession. I even get the chance to experiment with new ideas when it comes to visualisation. It is really satisfying to see how different projects come to life in 3D when they were initially just a set of 2D plans and drawings.

Additional Perks

The Challenges
One of the biggest challenges that we tend to face in this field is to deliver a client’s project in keeping with the stringent deadlines and yet without compromising on the quality of our work.

A Typical Day at Work
My days usually consist of coordinating with developers, architects and interior designers. On a daily basis, I also ensure that my company Architype3D delivers quality 3D views and walkthroughs, which are as per international standards. It’s important to be consistent in quality when delivering to clients.

With regards to skill sets, people who plan to enter the field of 3D architecture, must have an in-depth knowledge and application of 3D Studio Max or similar 3D software. Additionally, one should have a good amount of knowledge of Autocad, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop.
