Diversity in a blend of education, passion, and people; the variety of talents, and ideas, splendidly celebrated through their perfect mix in the form of seminars, debates, and workshops.
Mebido An Edu-Cultural Festival has been an essential part of the BMM Department of Lala Lajpat Rai College for the past 10 years. So, what makes Mebido special? You would ask. What makes it stand out from amongst the hundreds of college festivals that are already there? Is it the participation, coming from each corner of the town and even beyond or is it the speakers and guests from a plethora of fields right from Entrepreneurs to TedX Speakers, Dancers to Designers? Or the full force of Aamchi Mumbai, brought down to a single location through a variety of opportunities from several industries?
At this edition of Mebido, we look forward to providing a fusion of Seminars, Panel Discussion and Workshops conducted by well-known personalities from a plethora of fields. Cypher, Social Walk, Slam Poetry fused with dramatics adds to the cultural bit!
Mebido plays host to a variety of inspiring personalities who recount remarkable moments in their lives, such as Youtuber Prajakta Koli, Actor Dayashankar Pandey, Director Arvind Barbal, Radio Jockey Glen Saldhanna, Visual Artists Mehek Malhotra and the list goes on.
The 10th Edition of Mebido is here to let the Millennials pick the most recommended show on platforms ‘Other Than Theatre’ and map out their way through the endless cycle of play/pause/play!
