The Inauguration Ceremony of Entrepreneurship Summit 2022 was organised by the Indian Institute of Technology (BHU) Varanasi on the 5th of April, 2022.
The event’s chief guest and the keynote speaker was the honourable Director of IIT (BHU), Varanasi, Prof. Pramod Kumar Jain.
Mr. Harshit Shukla, Vice President E-Cell IIT BHU, welcomed the chief guest and the participants and introduced everyone to the Summit. His speech was followed by the keynote speech of the Hon’ble Director, Prof. Pramod Kumar Jain. In his speech, Prof. Jain emphasised on the importance of Entrepreneurship in the nation and how the student community is the backbone of the entrepreneurial culture in India today.
The inauguration ceremony marked the beginning of the annual flagship event of E-Cell IIT BHU, E-Summit’22. The Entrepreneurship Summit – with the motive of molding fresh entrepreneurs into monarchs of their domains, embraces various workshops, case studies, startup biddings, debates, quizzes, fun activities, and many more refreshing events that come along with the possibility of assisting and incubating the participants, which truly aids to boost the entrepreneurship culture in the nation. This conclave becomes a perfect platform for collaboration among the student community, venture capitalists, and passionate people about entrepreneurship.
Prof. Vikash Kumar Dubey (Dean Research & Development), Prof. Rajnesh Tyagi (Dean, Faculty Affairs & Prof. In-Charge, E-Cell) and Prof. R. K. Singh (Coordinator, I-DAPT Hub Foundation) also presented their respective opinions on the importance of this event and encouraged the E-Cell team.
At the end of the program, Mr. Amit Kumar Baheti, Associate Vice President delivered the vote of thanks to the chief guest, professors and all the attendees.
