This year’s theme, आरोहणम् – The Ascent to Glory, is an inspiring call to every athlete to embrace their journey with unwavering determination. आरोहणम्, which signifies the climb toward excellence, emphasizes the courage, discipline, and resilience that define the true spirit of sportsmanship. It reminds us that victory is not just about reaching the top but about pushing our limits and giving our all, guided by the mantra:
“धैर्यं सर्वत्र साधनम्“ (Patience is the key to success in every aspect).

This powerful theme embodies the essence of ZEST, inspiring athletes to overcome challenges, nurture camaraderie, and ascend toward glory with passion and perseverance.

Runathon 2025: The Inspiring Prelude

The road to ZEST’25 began with a resounding start on 12th January, as the Runathon set the tone for this year’s festivities. Celebrated on National Youth Day, the marathon bore the inspiring theme: “Run for Upliftment, Run for Change.” Participants took to the streets, not just for the thrill of the race, but to champion the cause of empowerment and transformation.
