Ola

Ventured in the year 2011, Ola has proved to be the most desired start-up of the youth in this country. Having started the journey together, Bhavish Agarwal and Ankit Bhatia had no dream that this start-up would grow into a booming business. This most talked about start-up manages to glare the eyes of young willing employees in plenty in the public transport industry.

One97

One97 was primarily started under the flagship of India’s largest online payment brand, Paytm. With most transactions going digital, this project is set to bloom in the next five years. The success will be seen on ground when this m-commerce start-up gears in its use and generates a demand like never before. Paytm has already captured 80 percent of the Indian e-wallet market.This start-up promises a lot of scope for itself as it does for the employees there.

FAIRCENT

Kick-started by Rajat Gandhi and Vinay Mathews, this is a start-up grants cheaper loan. Currently, it is getting its own revenue sorted with the peers and the community they approach. “From disbursing INR 15-20 lakh loan amounts a month, they are now lending as much as INR 1.5 crore a month. “India’s shift to digital payments has put us in a sweet spot,” says Rajat Gandhi, co-founder. His visions notch higher for the expansion of his start-up.

Bankbazaar

Founded by Adhil Shetty, Bankbazaar is going to be the most renowned name in the financial market very soon. Marking its presence for some time now, the venture has gained momentum in the second half of last year. Bankbazaar is a market for all the financial deals, be it insurance or loan. Bankbazaar is always on toes to assist you a profitable deal.

Urban Clap

Getting the basic household repairs or some heavy and technical work at home is now as easy as a click on your phone.It is time for you to clap the urban way. It’s very difficult to get things done in cities, where labor is in abundance but denial is complementary. Urban Clap comes handy then.

Started as Healt kart Plus in 2012, Prashant Tandon, Gaurav Agarwal and Vikas Chauhan made a clear break into the field of e-pharmacy and health consultancy with this start-up.From basic tips for a healthier lifestyle to cheaper medicinal rescue, this app will provide solution to all your health problems.

Now Floats

Jasminder Singh Gulati, Nitin Jain, Ronak Kumar, Samantrayand Neeraj Sabharwal implemented an idea of providing small businesses a platform in the huge market. Now floats thus started just in 2012 and now employs more than 500 people.The company only envisions growing bigger and going ahead. “More small-time retailers from tier-2 cities like Ajmer, Coimbatore and Kolhapur are opening up to the idea of going online,” says co-founder Jasminder Singh Gulati.

These start-ups are growing into multi-dollar companies.The founders are willing to hire the best talent available in the market. They don’t mind paying them the best rate to sustain the competition.  It would still be wise to begin and test your employ-ability skills, gain the required experience in the industry with a start-up. It is obvious that these start-ups will provide a ground for you to experiment and play for experience. Once you prove your skills here, it won’t be very difficult to approach giant patrons.
