Contest Rules

The following are the terms & conditions for the social media contest being run by Youth Incorporated:

  • All individuals who are residents of India may participate.
  • Employees of Youth Incorporated or any other affiliates are not eligible to participate.
  • The contest is valid till 15th January 2015, 12:00am
  • Entries must be made by the closing date & time and in the manner set out in the competition terms. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
  • Each participant is allowed to make only one entry.
  • The five (5) winners will be selected by management.
  • The decision of Youth Incorporated will be final and cannot be challenged under any circumstances whosoever.
  • Winners will be entitled to receive a gift voucher from Youth Incorporated. The prize will be non‐transferrable and non‐refundable, and no substitution, including cash will be given thereof. No cash claim can be made in lieu of the prize.
  • For the winners, the announcement shall be made on Facebook, after which winners need to provide contact details (email id/ telephone), within a period of 5 days.
  • Youth Incorporated has the right, without any liability, to, at any time, without previous notice, add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of the specific details of the contest or these terms & conditions.
