Pune’s COEP-Tech University is a standout among Engineering Colleges in India, known for its academic excellence and vibrant extracurricular programs. With plenty of fests, events, and other activities, it truly shines bright. COEP Regatta is a standout event, featuring boat races. Regatta, certified as the longest-running college festival of India in the Limca Book of Records, has been a testament to COEP’s legacy since 1928.
The hard work of students in preparing for the Regatta event is nothing short of remarkable. It begins long before the boats hit the water, with teams dedicating countless hours to design, build, and fine-tune their vessels for optimal performance.
The theme for the 95th Regatta was “Stride towards Pinnacle” which summarizes our journey over the past years, highlights an upcoming event, and denotes our progress towards success.
Our 96th Regatta theme, “Dawn to Radiance” summarizes as starting from the early stages represented by ‘Dawn’ which often signifies the beginning. As the theme progresses towards ‘Radiance’ it implies a transformation into a state of brightness.
“Dawn to Radiance” for the 96th Regatta captures the event’s journey from start to shine, representing its transformative essence from dawn to accomplishment.
As we embark on this exhilarating journey, we extend an invitation to everyone to join the 96th Regatta on 24th March 2024 at COEP-Tech Boat Club and witness the magic that unfolds. Daylight thrills at Kayak Ballet, Shell Games, and night-time Marvels of Telematches, Punt Formation, and Mashaal Dance await- guaranteeing an unforgettable experience for all.
