I believe drinking lots of water helps flush out toxins which makes the skin glow. I drink about six litres of water daily. Other than that, I think a good hydrating moisturiser and a good sunscreen are important.

Get a good haircut according to your face type and use light hair products to keep your style in place.

I try to go to the gym four times a week and get a lot of walks in the park. I think a healthy mind should get more priority than a protein shake.

My all-time favourite is Issey Miyake but I love the new range of Tom Ford perfumes. Tom Ford Black Orchid is superb!
