Pronites at Mood Indigo have always been known for its stellar lineup of national and international artists from a mélange of genres like Rock, EDM, Classical, Sufi and Bollywood. The much popular EDM night has in the past seen exclusive performances by DJ Lange in 2013 and Sander Van Doorn being the star attraction in 2014.
And this time as well we go a step higher! This year’s EDM nite is going to feature none other than the American EDM sensation Borgeous!
You heard it right! The same Borgeous whose “Tsunami” has more than 220 million youtube views. And we promise you nothing short of a “Tsunami”. A “tsunami” of fun, psychedelic music and a crowd so insane you can’t help but groove along wildly as the beat drops.
Don’t believe us? Listen for yourself.

Still need a reason to turn up for this? We’ll give you three.
Firstly, it’s Borgeous! His fame and crazy fan following speaks volumes for itself. For those who are not a big fan of EDM, we suggest that you turn up for this anyway. Don’t take our word for it? Read this and decide for yourself-
1) All though the man needs no introduction to EDM enthusiasts, but just to put his crazy popularity into perspective, Borgeous is a platinum recording artist and has already accomplished three Billboard Dance Radio Top 10’s and a #1 on the iTunes Dance chart in 15 different countries.
2) It was the track “Tsunami” – his collaboration with electronic duo DVBBS – that gained him worldwide recognition. The song was an international smash and led him to perform at major electronic music festivals around the world in 2013.
3) In 2014, he reached the top 10 on Billboard’s Dance Radio chart not just once, but twice with “Invincible” and “Wildfire”. And as recently as 2015, Borgeous released “This Could be Love”, “They Don’t Know Us”, and “Zero Gravity” that went #5 on iTunes Dance Charts in Canada.
Still not convinced? How about this then- MI is known to have one of the largest and the most diverse crowds from over 1600 colleges across globe. When you see youth from all over the world, brimming with joy so profound and enthusiasm so infectious you can’t stop yourself from jumping and dancing amuck. This EDM nite experience the feeling of losing yourself as you try to live the moment to the fullest.
And if all this wasn’t enough, there is one more news we’d like to share. With the venue of the pronite concerts being shifted to the much larger Gymkhana Grounds, passes for the show is one less thing you need to worry about.
Bigger venue means more costs? Don’t worry. All the concerts are still free and will always be.
So mark your calendars, don’t forget to carry your dancing shoes and be a part of this night to remember.
