BITES AND BOOZE:
Located in the hustle bustle of the Vile Parle Market, Zoo Bar is part of the perfect organized chaos. Founder Nishant Joshi came up with this concept for a bar because of his immense love towards animals. His partners Niteesh Tokle and Paarth Pandya are animal enthusiasts as well. They have associated with World For All and also trying to be in alliance with Peta and decided to give a percentage of the revenue towards animal welfare. “We have the longest 34 feet long bar, where 16 feet will be dedicated to beer kegs,” says owner Nishant Joshi. Zoo bar is spread across 3,600 square feet with an 800 square feet alfresco area. This bar will serve 13 types of beers and 6 types of craft. An exclusive range of cocktails including the zoo size iced tea, fresh fruit apple and coriander sangria, dancing jar (lemongrass infused Jack Daniel’s honey served with ginger ale) and much more.

The food menu features burgers served in cages, pizzas, Turkish, Arabic and Pan Asian Food. A special Jain menu and pets menu has also been created. Pets will be allowed in the open area of the bar from 2 pm- 7pm. Kennels are provided for dogs as post their hours, owners can still enjoy and hang around by dropping them in there. A soft board at the entrance is placed where people can stick pictures of pets for adoption.
