Global Entrepreneurship Summit 2025: A Celebration of Innovation and Entrepreneurship

The Global Entrepreneurship Summit 2025, presented by Edme Insurance Brokers and Co-powered by Yes Securities was held on January 17th and 18th at Jai Hind College. Organized by the Entrepreneurship Cell and Skill Hub, this event was a spectacular celebration of innovation, ambition, and entrepreneurship. Industry leaders and emerging entrepreneurs from across the country participated in the summit.  

Several renowned speakers shared their expertise and inspiring stories during the event. Mr. Dhruv Chopra, Co-founder of Chalo, spoke about transforming urban transportation in India, while Mr. Raj Kapoor, Founder of the India Blockchain Alliance, shed light on the ethical AI and revolutionary potential of blockchain technology. Lulu Raghavan, the Asia-Pacific President of Landor, shared insights on branding strategies, and Mr. Nihir Parikh, Director at Nykaa Fashion, discussed the rapid evolution and impact of e-commerce. Additionally, Mr. Avnish Anand, Co-founder of CaratLane, shared his journey of building a successful online jewelry brand.  

A key highlight of the summit was the startup competition, where over 120 startups from across the country participated. The winner of the competition received a cash prize of ₹2,00,000. This contest provided an excellent platform for budding entrepreneurs to present their innovative ideas and showcase their talents.  

The success of this grand event would not have been possible without the guidance of Dr. Vijay Dabholekar, Principal of Jai Hind College, and Dr. Rakhi Sharma, Director of Management Studies. Special thanks are due to the core committee of the Entrepreneurship Cell and Skill Hub, including President Vielka Nair; Deputies Rishit Ganguli and Aarya Joshi; and Vice Presidents Arnav Gupta, Nehal Karia, Nishita Shirodkar, Anaya Sail, Astha Chaturvedi, Janya Sharma, and Vani Rajpal. Their dedication and hard work brought this incredible event to life.  

The Global Entrepreneurship Summit 2025 was not just an event but a celebration of the entrepreneurial spirit, inspiring everyone present to pursue innovation and leadership.
