Entourage a festival of Jai hind college Mumbai is taking over young Mumbai like fever! The event scheduled on 28th , 29th and 30th November is already in news and for all the right reasons. The pre-events are huge attention grabbers and enormously successful.
Their recent event ‘Comedy Therapy Night’ on 17th November was a top level success. An entourage initiative , the Comedy Therapy Night was a fundraiser event oraganised for the sole purpose of helping the devastated and demoralised farmers of Maharashtra.
Pioneer stand up comedians Kanan Gill and Sorabh Pant performed at Birla Matoshri hall in front of a jam packed audience of more than a thousand! The two went on with their jabs after jabs sending the crowd in fits of laughter.
Kanan Gill known for his show pretentious movie reviews instantly clicked with the crowd. He switched from ‘edgy’ to ‘light hearted’ to ‘censor worthy ‘ with such ease that the audience was left tickled to the bone.
Sorabh Pant , from East India Comedy known for performing sold out shows entertained the crowd to the core. His twisted take on life , it’s shortcomings and stereotype was extremely funny and cool at the same time.
Pretty and talented singer Akasa Singh from ‘India’s RawStar’ and ‘Viju Khote’ the unforgettable ‘Kaalia’ of Sholay also graced the evening and supported the cause!
Comedy Therapy Night was all in all a fresh , engaging and downright hilarious evening. Entourage ’15 brought another thumping success under its belt. This time for a cause! Kudos to the brilliant team.
