Concord 2020 – The Corporate Fest Of Sydenham College Of Commerce And Economics

Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics BBI Society presents Concord’20 celebrated 5th anniversary of their corporate fest ‘CONCORD’. Every year this festival showcases various themes from the banking sector, this year the theme for this corporate fest was Banking Fiesta. Banking Fiesta highlights the past 5 glorious success of Concord. This fest once was just imagined by some disciples, many years have contributed their heartiest efforts to make this event a hype.

This year Concord set a new record of active participation by 41 colleges from Mumbai. Concord was organised on 21st January 2020 which was coordinated by the BBI coordinator Dr.S M Hassan and supported by BMS coordinator Dr Jarna Kalra. This one-day fest included many cultural, sports and corporate events such as Debate, Get hiring, Lagaan (Box Cricket), Rink Soccer, Mr and Miss Concord etc. About 41 colleges from Mumbai showed active participation in this event. Hritu Zee from and Deepali Ogale a contestant of Love School Season 3 presented themselves as a judge for Mr. & Mrs Concord. While Skills and Thrills were judged by Danish Alfaaz a Singer cum Music Composer and Yuktiv Sharma a model and an actor. This one-day fest didn’t only had celebrity judges but also well-recognized sponsor’s like O’cean Beverage as beverage partner, McDonald’s as a food partner, Punjab National Bank as a title partner and many more. Like every year this one-day festival was to its best and with the active participation of 41 colleges this year’s Concord was to the next level.

This legacy and the dedication and determination from the students helped this festival to be a grand hit and set a new record. Last but not the least Concord Committee kept the ritual of Today Tomorrow and Together and ended this fest with glorious success.
