From peppy music videos to candid chatshows, the vivacious and uber talented Ariana Grande is almost everywhere. On the occasion of the release of her new studio album ‘Dangerous Woman’ and her upcoming 23rd birthday (26th June), Akshit Chawla brings to you a list of his personal favorite Ariana Grande soundtracks that will rock your world.

LOVE ME HARDER (FT THE WEEKND)

Love me harder comes from Ariana’s second studio album, My Everything. The song starts with some breathtaking lyrics that embody her immense love and pain. If you really like her and want to know her take on love, you should probably listen to this song. The collaboration also features artist The Weeknd, whose smooth voice pairs beautifully with Ariana’s. The song is sensual and seductive and is sure to leave you humming it all day.

BREAK FREE (FT ZEDD)

When a song features Zedd, rest assured your ears are in good hands. He plays his part very well by combining a good mix of foot-tapping and soft beats throughout the song. The song talks about how she wants to break free from the lies and bogusness of the world. A lot of people can probably relate to the lyrics of this dance number and Ariana’s need to break free. The powerful lyrics and beats make you want to dance your heart out and lose yourself.

THE WAY (FT MAC MILLER)

This hit track was featured in her debut album ‘Yours Truly’ which was released in 2013. Mac Miller plays the role of a womaniser, and Ariana admits to have fallen for his tricks. She has a crazy take on love this time, where they find each other crazy, new and adventurous, thus falling for each other. The song is pretty adventurous too, where Ariana’s soulful voice collaborates with Mac’s amazing Rap lyrics. The track is a must-have song on your morning workout playlist.

PROBLEM (FT IGGY AZALEA)

This is probably the most popular, and one of the most jazziest songs by the young popstar. It talks about her problems with her lover and her dilemmas of being in love. The song has crazy beats that will make even those with two left feet get up and head to the dance floor and also features a chorus featuring a rap by rapper Big Sean. Iggy raps her way throughout making her sarcastic tune, 99 Problems by Jay-Z. Problem went on to win the ‘MTV VIDEO MUSIC AWARD for Best Pop Video.

BANG BANG (WITH JESSIE J AND NICKI MINAJ)

This single features three of the biggest women in music industry. They were nominated for ‘Grammy Award for Best Pop Duo/Group performance’ as well. The song has some electrifying music, combined with some kick-ass lyrics. It talks about why you should pick a notorious woman over Miss Good-two-shoes. The dominating trio also stole a million hearts when they performed the track onstage.
